The management and staff of Your Day, Your Way Events have over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. We specialise in providing staff and managing exclusive, private weddings, but also have a broad experience catering for the staffing needs of private dinner parties, birthday parties and festivals.


We speak to all our potential clients personally, ensuring that we tailor our service to their requirements. Our portfolio of services includes liaising with suppliers, assisting in the set up of the event, provision of event managers, service and bar staff, as well as housekeeping services and cleaning staff. Along side those services, we also hire out the most beautiful pieces of vintage china, to add that special touch to any event!


We pride ourselves on providing a unique, efficient and professional service to all of our clients, allowing you to enjoy the time and to make memories with family, friends and guests.

Sharon Booth

Founder & Managing Director


Your Day, Your Way Events was founded and is managed by Sharon Booth. Sharon has extensive knowledge and experience of the hospitality sector, having worked in the industry for over 20 years.


During that time she has gained a vast and priceless level of experience in a variety of venues, from restaurants to private estates and marquee events. She is highly skilled in event and operations management, as well as in staff training and development.


Sharon’s attention to detail is unrivalled and she goes above and beyond to ensure that the client’s vision for the day is realised.

Many of our staff members have been with us for over 10 years - something that our company prides itself on. Each member is highly trained, impeccably presented and understands the unique rhythm and emotion of exclusive weddings and events.


Friendly and approachable, yet discreet, our staff work seamlessly behind the scenes while engaging warmly with guests. Dynamic and adaptable they anticipate needs before they arise and respond with calm efficiency, ensuring every detail flows effortlessly.
